One Room Challenge: Almost to the Finish Line
Happy Thursday friends!!! Can you believe it is already week 6 of the One Room Challenge, and normally this would be the reveal week. However, life has been very different these days, so this year’s ORC has been as well. Instead of the 6 week timeframe, it was extended to 8 weeks. This year we didn’t post for week 5 due to the Black Lives Matter movement, so ORC wanted to respect what was going on in our nation.
Remember the One Room Challenge is a platform where you can design a space within a short amount of time. It is not a competition, but a support system to get your space done in time. You can find my past ORC posts at the links below.

One Room Challenge: Week 4 Updates and Inspiration
Technically, my room is just about complete, but let me back up to share with you what has occurred in the past few weeks. We got the shower tile installed Terry Tile, the frameless shower got installed by Campbell’s Glass, and I painted my tile floor in Behr Marquee Black. Everything came together beautifully. I made the decision to do a mini refresh of my bedroom in the process. There was no way I could have such a beautiful bathroom, and not update some aspects of my bedroom. Now, I don’t want to leave out of the space. More on that during the reveal.

The tile floor went from brown to black.
As you can see, I have gotten quite a bit done these past couple of weeks. We are on the home strength, and I can’t wait until you all can see the full reveal.
